Yavuz Iskifoglu is a civil engineer with over 20 years of international experience in the construction industry, specializing in structural construction and building materials. He graduated from Çukurova University in Construction Technology (2002) and from Moscow State University of Civil Engineering (2021).

Since 2006, Iskifoglu has been operating in Russia, holding site manager roles at prestigious companies such as ENKA and Renaissance Construction. In 2009, he founded Mesken Engineering & Construction, successfully taking part in over 30 large-scale projects. In 2018, he established IzoPROTECH, where he currently provides technical leadership in superstructure projects, including waterproofing, fit-out, and steel-reinforced concrete construction.
